Suggest Cure For Lumps Appearing On The Tongue

Hello, yesterday i noticed i had some lumps at the back on the back of my tongue,they look like a white\pink colour. They don't really hurt but lately I've had a chesty cough,i told my mum but she just said that i might have been something to do with my cough,I've looked on other websites and they've told me nothing. Please help i am getting a bit concerned! Thank you
