Suggest Cure For Pain In The Throat Followed By Nausea

I am a 22 years old girl. I took allegra 120 for 10 days. Nostrils are not as blocked as they were and breathing trouble is also not as much as it was before but after walking a while or climbing stairs I start panting. I get frequent pain in my throat and even get nausea due to heat or in a closed place like vehicles. And staying in sun gets me headache. I even get frequent backaches as well. My Hb is 13.7 mg. Is it a cause of concern?
