Suggest Cure For Painless Canker Sore In The Mouth

I have had a painless canker sore on the inside of my mouth in the cheek area. It has been there for 3 weeks and I'm getting concerned. It has just dried up slightly but has not left. There are no other symptoms at all. Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated.
