Suggest Cure For Painless Canker Sores On The Inside My Lower Lip

I have had 4 painless canker sores on the inside of my lower lip for about 2.5 weeks. They are not going away. The other day I had some tomato soup for lunch and the side with the sores got quite swollen. The swelling went away but it is a bother. Any ideas? I don't smoke, drink or anything.
