Suggest Cure For Persistent Headaches

Hi I've been getting headaches for 6 months & neat at my wits end. Had a ct scan & eyes tested which came up clear. Been on medication still to no avail, on fact the headaches are the worst this last week, going tight down to my neck & it's hurt to move my neck when I have a headacheike this. I do seem to have slot of tension in my head, I can sometimes feel jarriness when I move my head or my jaw. For some of the time, for 2-3 months I was also getting bad jaw aches & toothaches which isn't so bad since I got a night splint for my teeth as I grind my teeth at night. Also a month before the headaches started I had a cyst come up on my groin which has also been very persistant which I am getting cut out in 2 wks, not sure if that could be related. Do u have any recommendations for the headaches, actually my doctor is calling them migraines now. Thanks
