Suggest Cure For Persistent Headaches

hey. I have had a nonstop headache for two weeks. when i wake up in the morning it is the worst--I take aspirin for it and it comes back about an hours later and i wait it out so I can take more aspirin later on in the day so i don't overdose.
I am dizzy, my head is pounding nearly all over (temples, crown, etc). When I stand it feels as if my head will fall off for it is so heavy. currently, as i am writing this, the ache is shooting down my neck. I have crohn's disease and NF3 (a subtype, all I have are the cafe au lait marks).

please help.
