Suggest Cure For Persistent Sickness With Dizziness & Headaches

I've been feeling sick like this for 7 days now. I have a fever that comes and goes all day long but is worse at night, a slimy cough but with nothing coming out but it hurts like hell when I cough, very dry mouth, dizziness, disorientation, very bad taste in my mouth or more in my breath than my mouth, bad headaches, I get chest pains as well and feel very tired, and a stuffy nose. No diarrhea, No vomiting.
Please give me an idea of what I should be looking for when going to the pharmacy.
