Suggest Cure For Phimosis

I am 26 years old and have Phimosis.I normaly didnt have any problem having sex with my partner using condoms but without condom its normally painful for me.What will you suggest me ? How much will circumcisation costs me and is there any problems that I might have to face after the biopsy.
