Suggest Cure For Pressure On The Heads & Dizziness

The last several months, I have been getting light headed/dizzy for no apparent reason, at any time of day or night, activity or resting. In addition, pressure to both sides of my head like someone is squeezing in where the temples are located. Besides that, I'm fantastic health.
