Suggest Cure For Recurring,itchy Circular Patch On Upper Buttock Cheek

i have a recurring circle patch that is a bit flaky now from scratching it on my left upper butt cheek near my anal crack, it is towards the top of the butt cheek/crack i had it twice before and it itches when i get it. what is it and how do i get rid of it. Is i herpes? Also i am heteral sexual.
