Suggest Cure For Red Bumps In Eyebrow Area After Threading

Hi, I have noticed that each time I get my eyebrows threaded or waxed my skin gets irritated I get alot of red bumps on the area that was worked on. Is there any suggestions on how to prevent this from happenif and also treating it? I have combination oily skin please help !
