Suggest Cure For Red Bumps On Face

My daughter got marker on face last night. In the past when she got marker on hands I found the magic eraser worked best and she had no reaction to it. So I used a small section of the magic eraser to get the marker off her face and now she has some red bumps in that area. What should I use to treat the red bumps?
