Suggest Cure For Severe Pain In The Ribs

Hi! I get really horrible pain flare ups in my ribs, usually lasting from 30 min to up to 2 hours. My doctors checked my gallbladder and pancreas, and said they were fine. But usually the attacks happen while I'm sleeping or late at night, and I've kept track and noticed that it happens if I eat before I go to bed or after I have a big meal. The pain is so awful I throw up and I am literally screaming from the severity of the pain. It's all over my ribs, they feel flared up, and it spreads across my back to my shoulders. I have fibro and celiac disease. So my questions are, what's wrong? And also, would it be better if they did the blood tests while I was having the actual flare up?
