Suggest Cure For Skin Allergy

Hello Doctor, I need HELP!!! My daughter is 10 years old and we have dealt with Eczema since day one but it seems to be getting worse eventhough I follow all of the doctors advice on bathing, products, soap, medical-cream (ellidel) and DAILY PILL ZYRTEC. She also had the allergy test done on her back and the results showed that she was not allergic to anything. As her mother, I know that her skin flairs up when eating citrus fruits and any thing with red-dye. Also when walking in a room with aerosol spray. Please advise me.
