Suggest Cure For Skin Infection Caused After Shaving

After shaving the other night, I broke out with a few little white bumps that had heads on them. I also noticed a couple red bumps. They are underneath the skin and I managed to squeeze out some pus like substance from one of the heads. Is this just razor burn or ingrown hairs?
