Suggest Cure For Skin Problems Between Breasts

I have a lot of milia between my breasts and it's been years. I didn't know what they were until a few months ago but some of them are flat which is why I don't know how to get rid of them. Plus I'm also really itchy in that area. Is there any cream or specific scrubs I can buy to get rid of it since I'd want to take care of it myself? I actually live in England so I don't know what products I should use.
