Suggest Cure For Skin Rash

on saturday my face came out in red blotches particularly on my cheeks forehead and chin...today it has since come out in a rash with loads of what look like little spots all over my face (probably look like milia with a baby) i have been putting on e45 cream to soothe but is not making it any better feels quite itchy to touch and a slight rash has appeared on my chest. any idea what this could be?
