Suggest Cure For Skin Rash

I had my eyebrows waxed yesterday not realising that i shouldnt have done it cos of the acne medication i am on and now there is a few red lines where im guessing the wax ripped off the skin as well! It kind of looks like a small burn you can get from hot wax! What should i put on them and how long roughly is healing time?
