Suggest Cure For Skin Warts

gOOD MORNING sir, I have a skin problem of "wart " on face from last 3-4 years . i had done aelopathy , homeopathy treatment both, but not in relief . the warts are continue increasing . now its are appear on head .

Please advice me what i do ?
