Suggest Cure For Soreness In My Scalp

I have a huge problem with my scalp. An infected bump comes than it turn into a sore. The sore clear up some but come back a few days later near the last sore. What is going? Two derm(s) have give me cremes but did not work at all! (IT'S A PAINFUL SORE NOW!)
