Suggest Cure For Swollen Foreskin

Hi, I masturbated intensely a while ago and my foreskin swollen up. My inner foreskin at the frenulum area was 'ballooning' and being forced out at the tip covering my penis head. It was red-swollen hence impossible to roll it back in unless it first subsides. And I felt a burning sensation when I pee. Please help, I begin to worry. =S
