Suggest Cure For Tingling,irritating Pain In Left Arm Pit

I have a tingling, irritating pain/burning sensation in my left arm pit, noticed as soon as I get up in the morning and at times during the day time as well. I am worried about this pain. What might be the cause of this pain. I am experiencing this pain since two years. So far no medication and not approached any doctor regarding this pain. How will I get a relief from this pain.
