Suggest Deodorant For Excess Sweating On Underarm

hi i have a very bad sweating problem with my underarms and i have tried every clinical strength deoderant i even put deoderant on at night to try to stay from sweating and i wanted to know if there was some type of medical deoderant that can help me.
