I am a 52 yrs old and have been in menopause for about 5 yrs.
Not only have i gained weight, but my nails look terrible. I am a veganish meaning that I eat lean fish and organic chicken but no dairy ,eggs, and no fat. I take Udo's oil, Hemp oil,Vitamins A, B-12, and Vitamin c.
Soy, rice and almond milk tofu and lots of water.
What else do you suggest?
