Suggest Diet Chart For Diabetes

Hello doctor...i am dibetic for the past 7 yrs ...i m 31 yr old female with two kids...i need a proper diet chart..i have googled so much..but did not find a satisfactory answer...my all d colestrol tests are v good..n my hb2ac test is 8.5%...which my doc said is nt v good...my legs pain a lot in the night..pls help me
