Suggest Diet Chart For Juvenile Diabetes

Dear Dr.Sukhada Batte-Paralkar,

Read ur article regarding sugar cues in d pine mirror. My daughter is 11 yes old. She is a juvenile diabetic since last 10 yrs & on Insulin pump since last six months Her HbA1c is around 8.6. Can u please give me some tips on d same.
