Suggest Diet Plan To Cure Acne

Please can you tell me how to treat acne. My daughter has this problem, seems to get worse. Is the make up what she uses bad for acne (makes it worse) ? What about the diet, which food should be avoided ? What medication is for acne? Regards and Thank you .
