Suggest Diet To Be Followed When Suffering From Liver Abscess

my father have liver abcess .we came to know about this 10 days back . now he is hospitalized and ok in condition. doctors giving him antibiotics e.g tazact4.5,levoflox 500. after all this he gets mild fever once a day . doctors said that there is no need of drainage as there is no leakage and it can be heal through antibiotics. i want to ask u that getting mild fever is normal and the antibiotic which they are giving is ok. and what is the balanced diet after discharge.
