Suggest Diet To Be Followed While Suffering With Gall Bladder Attack

I had my first real gall bladder attack one month ago, and am on a low fat diet. But need a book that will give me recipes and good foods to eat to increase my menu. I am slowly learning and adding, but I think too slowly. I am always hungry, so, I need a book that will treat Holistically and with healthy foods. I am changing my diet for life.
