Suggest Diet To Be Taken While Suffering With Celiac Disease

Our daughter is in Teen Challenge Academy in Jax Fl. Just before leaving for school she was diagnosised for celiac disease. I send gluten free bread products to her shcool. They can not acommondate a strict diet. Is there a supplement with Flora that she could take to help fight what glueten she does eat. They are trying there best to see she stays away from deserts and junk. Can you help us? Please
