Suggest Diet To Improve Blood Sugar Levels

hello , I have been told I have low blood sugar I have funny vision and my hands tremble it goes away after I eat several toffees.what food should I be eating please, I understand I need little and often. I also have problems with what they say is ibs, thank you, Sue
