Suggest Diet To Lower The Blood Pressure

I had a run in with a fire place 12 days ago that may have caused a contushion or what . On the front right of my forehead. I did not go to Dr. I had a big pumpknot with 2 black eyes. My eyes are clearing but still black. What pain med should I take? Do you know foods to take blood pressure down?Thank you very much.
