Suggest Diet While Having Erythematous Mucosa

I have been having stabbing pains in my stomach, for some time know. doc did endoscopy and found erythrmatous muscosa in the antium. did bio should get results at the end of week. is there anything i should not be eating or should I eat to releave stomach pains? what diet should I be on? have been taking pepcid (not help) thanks kelly
