Suggest Diet While Suffering From Shingles

Hi, My 93 year old mother in law has shingles, and on top of being extremely tired she doesn t feel like eating. Can you help me with some foods that may be appropriate for her, she does have colitis so we have to be careful with what she eats. She lives alone and is doing great for the most part until now.
