Suggest Dosage For DayQuil-NyQuil

I just bought DayQuil and NyQuil. Haven t started it yet. It s for my 66 year old cousin. It s now 4pm and want to know if a dose of DayQuil is ok then at 9pm a dose of NyQuil? And what s the correct amount to be given? She s 66 and about 185 lbs and with a mentally challenged condition. Also is there any aspirin in these drugs
