Suggest Dosage Of Advent And Combiflam For Fever, Cold And Cough In A Toddler

Hi my son is 2 years 5 months old with weight 11 kg. he has fever and running nose and coughing. I am giving him Combiflam 5 ml as well as advent 228, 5 ml twice a day. Pls tell me for how many days should I continue with advent since I have given him 2 doses and his running nose is much better.
