Suggest Dosage Of Advent And Ibugesic Plus Syrup For A Kid

Hi, my daughet 3.8 yrs old weighing 17kg has been having fever since last 3 days. I am giving her Advent syrup 6 ml/bd. she has been given 3 doses of the same and ibugesic plus for fever. Apart from fever she also has runny nose and cough. Is the dosage sufficient for her age and weight.
