Suggest Dosage Of Althea Contraceptive Pill

Hi, good morning! I would like to ask about althea contraceptive pills. 1st time to use it and would like to clarify as per instruction take to start 2nd pack after the 7free days of the pills. Are there any instances that menstruation occurs in the middle of that 7 days free pill? What should i do if ever? Should i still start the 2nd pack after that 7 days free pill or should i start the 2nd pack on the day my menstruation occurs even during that 7 days free pill period.
