Suggest Dosage Of Atenolol For Effectiveness In Managing Symptoms

I am on atenolol once a day. Because of my job I get up at different times of day. I have not been taking it at a consistent time. Some mornings I take it at 7:30 and others not until 10:30. Is this a problem or should I start to take it at night before bed so I can be consistent.
