Suggest Dosage Of Fucithalmic Eye Drops For Eye Infection In An Infant

I have been prescribed fucithalmic eye drops for my baby's (13months) eye infection. It says on the box that your doctor will let you know how many drops to use and to use twice daily but she never said. How many can i use? I started last night with one drop. and one drop this morning and one this evening. His eye isn't clearing. Can i increase this to two drops twice daily?
