Suggest Dosage Of Norco Pills

my dr called in my regular prescription for norco 10/325. when i picked it up it was for 360 pills with 3 refills. i usually get 2 refills since i see the dr every 3 months because i am 86 yrs. but the bottle says take 1 pill every 4-6 hrs, so how is it 360 pills/month? i am very confused and my dr is out and the pharmacy has no definite answers either.
