Suggest Effective And Safe Birth Control

I am having two sons, one 9 yr old and the other 3 yr old. We dont want more children now. Looking for a good, safe birth control method. We are not willing to go for operation. I am 36 and my wife is 33. We both are healthy and our children also. Myself and my wife have no major disease/ailment history.
