Suggest Effective Infertility Treatment For Low Sperm Count

Hello sir, This is Rahman from Bangladesh. My problem is I am unable to conceive baby as I have been trying from 1 year. My married life is already been 5 years. I test my sperm and the result is my sperm count is showing 40%. Now what can I do ? Should I visit any medicine specialist or Homeopathy Doctor ? which one is effective. please suggest me sir.
