Suggest Effective Medicine To Cure Rashes

I have a rash and i use triamcinolone acetonide cream i help reduce swelling. I was wondering if there is a pill to take that can replace the cream? When i use the cream too much it gets worse. If i use it too little it gets worse. And if i use it in the middle it stays the same. So my question was is there a pill that can replace the cream?
