Hi I am an 18 year old male who is struggling with obesity I currently weigh 270ish -280ish not really sure I need to lose weight, I can tell it is affecting my health greatly and I need some answers if I were to workout cardio wise should I do Short high intensity workouts or long slower paced cardio workouts to lose the weight?
