Suggest Exercises For Complete Body Work Out

Hi. I am a 55 yr old male. 275 lbs. 5'6". I exercise at least 5 days a week. I use a stair-stepper and a cardio-glide. Since last year I've gone from 40 jeans to 38 waist; but my upper body from waist up is not following. Still in 3X shirts. Dress shirts size 20. Any suggestions?
