Suggest Exercises For Loosening The Muscles While Having Pain In Vastus Lateralis Muscle
Hi, I ve just started getting regular deep tissue massages to help release the pain in my Vastus Lateralis muscle. The pain has diminished at least 80% and I ve only had 2 massages so far and plan on having more until the muscle has completely released. My question is, what can I do at home to make sure this muscle remains loose ? My thereapist has me doing the foam roller and stretches for my quads, etc. Thank you!
