Suggest Healthy Diet To Be Followed For Sleep Apnea And Diabetes

I am interested n gastric bypass surgery but am scared. I am diabetic and have sleep apnea. And want rid of both i understand theres a diet u have to follow. I have lost from 265 to 240 in 11 months.. how much more to loose
