Suggest Herbal Products To Recover From Bacterial Infection

I recently suffered from a severe bacterial infection that affected my liver. My LFT results were 199 and they have now reduced top 136, but I am still very exhausted. I am not a smoker or drinker and am looking to see whether there are any medications or herbal products to help with recovery.
