Suggest Home Remedies For Extremely Chapped Lips

About four days ago I noticed the corners of my mouth the next day my lips were extremely chapped. I've applied three different kinds of chapstick and they just keep getting worse by the day. This morning I woke up and couldn't feel them.. it felt like i had just gotten numbed for a denist appointment.. Now they are burning, swollen, and really sore... There is also a bumpy rash below my lip and it seems to be spreading. Why? What can I do to fix it?
